I'm surprised at some of the negative reviews. I've been here a few times and found the front desk, all of them, to be extremely helpful, professional and friendly. I appreciated their attentiveness to me, while at the same time processing me quickly and efficiently. Coffee shop in the waiting room. When I was there, it was closed. Areas throughout the building are nicely separated so even if there are a lot of people, you don't feel crowded. Exams rooms are nice and clean. Changing room has pockets to hold your possessions.

Front staff were very helpful and provided amazing customer service. The MRI Tech John made sure that our son felt comfortable and safe since it was his first there and first time getting a MRI done.

Luck of the draw. Once you get passed making an appointment and checking in, you’re in good hands. For the appointment process and checking in, you can expect to be treated fairly humanely if lucky. We come here at least 3-4 times a year but the worst experience I’ve had making an appointment was with Catalina. Aside from being on hold for over 40 mins after having called repeatedly just to get someone to answer the line, she was extremely rude as she was dismissive and constantly spoke over me. I gave her the benefit of the doubt thinking they may be very busy or she’s probably having a bad day. She misspoke saying that each section that my father needed for a CT scan would be 45 mins each. As I tried to get clarification, she once again more aggressively spoke over me and was trying to move on to changing our appointment for the following day at 10:15a. I didn’t have much of a choice and she didn’t make it seem like I had one as she was already hanging up on me. My father’s condition had led him to recently have surgery which was still affecting his mobility. We arrive to check in 15 mins early and the receptionist tells me that his appointment is actually for 2:30p. Luckily, I’m met with a kind receptionist who says that they could squeeze him in. We wait for 45 mins and as my father is unable to stay seated as his pain gets worse, I decide to go ask the receptionist. Another receptionist says he’ll check for me. Another tech comes out and says we won’t be able to be seen until our appointment time. I ask to make sure what appointment time they have so we can come back at that time. He says 2:30p as he indicates I wrote down the time on his paperwork. I said I didn’t write that down and I just want to make sure the time is correct. He insists and questions whether it’s my hand writing or not. I confirm again that it’s not my handwriting and I just want the right time so we can come back. He goes to check and confirms 2:30p. I’m used to waiting anywhere from 15-60 mins for appointments, to be called after checking in and to get images on CD because they just forgot or got busy and held up with something else. They’re human too. It’s just unfortunate for patients who are in pain/discomfort. Again, the technicians are professional, efficient, kind and friendly.

I went in person to schedule the appointment and provided all my insurance information. When I went in weeks later they asked for my information all over again. I scheduled an appointment for 745pm but received a text days before my appointment stating it was scheduled for 8pm. Even though I got here at 735 and waited for 40 minutes before I was called in. The technician was unable to start the ultrasound because the scheduler didn’t verify some information. I waited another 15 minutes while she ran around trying to find/verify some information/ as to how to proceed. The gentleman who is handling the front desk and the technician were very nice. The girl who scheduled my appointment wasn’t as nice and also didn’t do her job thoroughly. So what thought would take 10-20 minutes ended up taking over an hour.

I visited the location in Northridge this morning for two tests, a mammogram and a breast ultrasound, the mammogram technician was nothing but nice and polite, I went from that test to the next one, the ultrasound technician was so condescending, I had never been so disrespected like she made me feel, she didn’t even introduce herself and as soon as we enter the room she went on a big lecture towards me asking me why did I not come for a follow up ; since I was supposed to return after 6 months of the original test and instead let a whole year go by, I explained to her that I was not aware or being told by anyone that I needed to come back 6 months after the initial test, I explained to her my doctor is requesting a bilateral test for today and she kept going on and on about only doing for one side the left side, I asked her will you be performing a test on both sides, she roled her eyes and goes fine and yes, I was so uncomfortable and should’ve left and request seeing a supervisor, instead I chose to continue with the test, it was so uncomfortable and she still decided to concentrate on the left side, did the right as an afterthought and to shut me up, when she was done she would not give me privacy to dress or clean my self, stood behind me watching me, her phone rang and started discussing on speaker another patients history as if not knowing about the privacy of each patient, when she saw me staring at her she decided to hang up and said she would talk to the person later on because she had a patient in the room, she followed me out as if on my way I would steal something never saying anything, I am not sure if this person was having a bad day, had a bad interaction with the previous patient, or I reminded her or someone she disliked, but neither of those things explains why it was necessary to take her frustrations out on me, or treat me like I was no one worth of respect, there is no way I would come to this location to have this test performed by her again.

Very unprofessional. Waited for 3 hours for a test that should take one hour. Got here early and everything and it was still an hour before they called my sister back.

The reception staff at this location is extremely impolite, and the phone service is among the most unsatisfactory imaginable.
